Leisure Team Member Level 2 – Recreation Assistant Apprenticeship
The Programme
Duration: 14 months (on average) with an End-point Assessment period
Modules: 8 in total
Awarded: Level 2 Accredited Apprenticeship Standard
Equivalent:
- 5 GCSEs TECHNICAL CERTIFICATES
- NPLQ Level 2 & First Aid at Work Level 3
- Swim England Level 1 & 2 in Teaching Swimming
Learners will need to have achieved level 1 English and maths Functional Skills and be working towards level 2 before beginning End-point Assessment

- Aged 16 and over
- Not in any other form of education
- Must meet a minimum level of knowledge in English and Maths
- Work a minimum of 16 hours per week
- Have been a UK/EU resident for 3 years or more
