About me
I love being in the gym, it’s a positive place to be, and I am looking forward to helping others feel the same way. With a history of playing football and boxing, this has taught me discipline and allowed me to be empathetic to people who want to work hard. I have all the tools at my disposal to aid gym members in there fitness journey. I enjoy meeting and working with new people, always willing to help out when and where I can.
