Hi my Name is Philip, I’ve always been interested in fitness and sports, since going on a weight gain, I really enjoyed the journey and decided that I wanted to help others to take their first step in their fitness journey. I'm here to motivate and challenge you mentally and physically. Let’s work together for the better you!. I'm here to help please feel free to ask any questions.
