Guildford Spectrum is the ideal venue for a wide range of indoor and outdoor sporting activities. Whether you are looking to be part of a team, have some coaching or be a spectator, Spectrum has the sport for you. Virtually all major sports can be catered for at Spectrum. A wide range of track and field events are also available, plus many more including gymnastics and martial arts.

The superb 1300m2 Sports Arena has a semi sprung beech wood floor and seating for up to 1500 spectators. With capacity for up to ten badminton courts, two 5-a-side football pitches, one basketball court, two volleyball courts, two netball courts, two futzal courts, or a combination of these.

The Action Suite is a multi-use hall with a mirrored wall and an integrated sound system. The Suite is designed primarily to accommodate Spectrum's variety of group exercise classes.

This international standard 400 metre all weather athletics track boasts eight lanes, and terraced seating for 800 spectators. Spectrum's Athletics Stadium is the perfect venue for track and field events for clubs, schools, teams, and individuals. Spectrum also offers an extensive range of field event equipment.

Spectrum Athletics Stadium is home to:

• Guildford and Godalming Athletics Club
• Young Athletes Club

Located in the centre of the Athletics track is a full sized and floodlit grass pitch, home to Guildford City Football Club. 

Spectrum's Squash Courts are located adjacent to the Sports Arena, both with semi-sprung beech floors and brick back walls.
