Guildford Spectrum offers a unique venue for all your conference and seminar requirements. Set in 10 acres of landscaped park, the complex is situated within five minutes from Guildford town centre within easy access of major airports via M25/A3 and Guildford main line and bus station. There is free car and coach parking and delegates can enjoy a wide range of leisure facilities including tenpin bowling, ice skating and swimming in one of the four pools.
Conferences & Seminars
The Conference room is suitable for all types of meeting or function with a capacity of 40 theatre style and 18 boardroom style. Our hospitality boxes offer a wide and flexible venue choice and overlook our Olympic ice rink. Boxes 1 & 2 are suitable for small numbers and boxes 3, 4 and 5 work separately as small venues or can be linked to form one larger venue or can act as breakout rooms for a meeting in our Conference room.
Exhibitions & Events
Our Main Arena has played host to many World, European and National sporting events including International basketball and volleyball and has been home of the British Women's Gymnastics Championships. Previously held events include; Martial Arts, live music concerts, dance festivals, poetry fairs and business to business exhibitions. The Arena can be transformed into a well-equipped and comfortable theatre, with a seating capacity of 1500 and excellent acoustics.
All our smaller conference rooms have AV equipment with comfortable, adaptable seating that can be arranged to suit your individual requirements.
We also can provide a full function catering service offering flexible menu options, eating outlets and two licensed bars.
The Athletics Stadium
This international standard 400 metre all weather athletics track with eight lanes, has terraced seating for 800
spectators. Spectrum's Athletics Stadium is the perfect venue for track and field events for clubs, schools, teams and individuals. Spectrum also offers an extensive range of field event equipment
